We grew up eating this food, arguing about which stall is better, and watching these places slowly disappear.
NLMK exists because this culture deserves more than a footnote. It deserves to be worn, shared, and remembered.
Every design is a document. A hawker stall's legacy. A flavour that raised a generation. Founded and designed in Penang, built for Malaysians everywhere.
Why are we doing this?

We've seen those pasar malam (night market) tees and the touristy 'I Love PG' souvenir ones.
Fun, yes. But basic. Not something you'd wear proudly and repeatedly (Usually ends up as your pyjamas after the 3rd wash. Don't deny it) So we raised the bar. On quality, on cut, on how Malaysian culture deserves to look.

But with modern cafes, franchises, and trendy spots taking over, our hawker heritage is slowly fading. Fewer young people are stepping up to carry the family's legacy. It's tough, unglamorous work that rarely gets the spotlight it deserves. At NLMK, we believe this culture deserves to be seen, celebrated, and remembered.
